Join us for family fun on Friday nights!

Club Nights are held at the Pine Rivers High School pool on Friday evenings in school terms one and four.

Warm up:  6:30PM

Start:  6:45PM

Approximate finish time:  8:30PM, but feel free to leave after your children's races are finished.

Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.

Minimum age: 4 years

Get Started Vouchers can be used to pay for Club Membership as well as lessons and squad training.

We welcome swimmers who participate in swimming lessons elsewhere or train at other clubs.

Club Nights are our signature event and they are a fun social occasion for swimmers and parents.

Swimmers compete against their own best times and success is based on personal improvement.  It is very rewarding, for parents and children, when a child to compete in their very first race, and then see improvements over time.

All swimmers start with 25 meter events, and once qualifying times are met, swimmers graduate to 50M events.  A parent or an older swimmer may swim alongside young swimmers to provide support and offer encouragement.

Cut off times for 25M events:

Freestyle 25 seconds         Backstroke 28 seconds
Breastroke 29 Seconds   Butterfly 25 Seconds

We offer 25M and 50M freestyle, backstroke, breastroke and butterfly each week, as well as a rotating schedule of longer distances and medley events.  Refer to our event schedule for more information.

Our Club has a very comprehensive awards program designed to recognise milestones such as graduating to 50M events, as well as awards for improving personal best times.  Points, based on improving personal best times, are the basis of most Club Awards; so children don't need to be the best swimmer in their age group to experience success.  Awards are presented at each Club Night and at our Trophy Night at the end of the season.  Refer to the Club Handbook for more information about awards.
